Was referred to Carage by my son who had servicing on his car. They took the time to recommend what was needed the most (there was a lot that needed to be done). I brought my car in for service on rear brakes. The dealership quoted me a huge amount and when I called Carage, Cecelia-who is one amazing human quoted me a much better price. They did a great job. This will forever be my go to place if I need servicing. While I waited for my car, several customers came in and I noticed that everyone was pleased, especially with Cecelia!!! I will always recommend this business!
If I could give them 10 stars I would! I needed a new AC compressor and I was at a different local shop that were so unprofessional in not wanting to work with my warranty company, essentially complaining that the company wouldn’t pay them enough for the job needed and wanted me to pay out of pocket. Two times the normal amount. I knew it was wrong so I left and got a second opinion. After reading all of the amazing reviews online for Carage I decided to give them a call. From the very first call and speaking with Cecilia, I immediately felt more at ease. They were so kind, accommodating, and have a great relationship with my warranty company which made the whole process so much less stressful. They walked me through everything every step of the way with full transparency, I never once felt like I wasn’t in good hands. They also took it upon themselves to swap out my key fob battery for free which was SO kind. They have absolutely gained a new customer and I could not recommend them more! Words cannot express how satisfied I am with CARAGE in Jupiter. I have always taken my car to the dealer but when I got the cost to repair my AC I was ready to park the car. I called one location and they said we don’t work on Volvo but I want you to call Carage when I tell you the customer service was above expectation plus. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your outstanding workmanship and professional staff. From the very first day I spoke with Ms. Cecilia, I knew my vehicle would be well taken care of and that the repairs would not deplete my savings, unlike the experience I had at the original shop where my vehicle was serviced. I was supposed to do a review two months ago and I was just reminded how kind this family owned car mechanic shop was so I’m doing it today! I called them as soon as they had opened I’m talking maybe about 30 minutes later. They answered it was welcoming and when I arrived they immediately knew it was me that had called. It was affordable to get my car inspected but turns out my transmission had just gone out completely! You guys I had my toddler with me who was afraid of the loud sounds of the mechanics working and they were still so kind. They offered to look around for transmission so I could get it fixed. Just for the type of car I had I didn’t feel it was worth it. Anyways, I ended up being in their parking lot for hours calling around and trying to figure it out they provided my waters and my son snacks it was such a pleasant experience while I was a bit stressed! I remember being told “if I was in your shoes I would want someone to be kind and understanding” I say all this to say this is definitely the family mechanic shop to give your service to! They absolutely care, they’re kind, they’re patient and they even gave me a call the next day to check in! I hope their business continues to thrive!

I’m from out of town, here to help my elderly Mom with a few things. Her car was displaying warning lights. I found CARAGE by luck while doing a google search. I’m so lucky I did. Paul was awesome! The shop is thorough, knowledgeable and capable. They also arranged rides to/from the shop. I highly recommend them🦩
